With this interview, we look at her new role on the team, how’s she adapted, along with what she likes to do on her spare time.

Position: Manager Account Management
Background: Hristiana has more than seven years of experience in Digital Marketing, working for big international companies in retail, employees’ benefits and affiliate marketing. She was certified in Business Administration and International Law, which can be beneficial when it comes to operating with international companies like she does.She’s been with Income Access for over three years and is incredibly happy to lead the Account Management team based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Her role gives her the benefit of communicating with different types of clients and understanding different market needs.
Hristiana Shares Her Experience at Income Access
You were recently promoted to Manager of Account Management a few months ago. How has your transition gone and what are you looking forward to doing in your role?
The transition to the position has been smooth due to the great colleagues I have and their support. My main goal in this role continues to be for my team to know their client’s businesses thoroughly and consult with them to find an ideal solution tailored to their needs.
Congrats on celebrating three years with Income Access back in March! What have you learned in this time and what do you enjoy most?
Being part of Income Access has been a great ride so far, as I have developed both my personal and professional skills. I had the pleasure of being among the first who formed the Account Management team in Bulgaria, which I think gives me a unique perspective on our growth.
What I really like about this job is that the industry is dynamic that you have the chance to learn and grow every day.
You’ve been leading the Account Management team for much of the last year. What have you learned so far? What tip would you give someone who's beginning to manage a team?
It has been both really exciting, but also challenging. You need to be patient, understanding and quick to react, while finding the best personal approach with each employee is the key to leading a successful team. At the same time, you should be a mediator between the result you are looking for and what the rest of the team is looking forward. Honesty, clear communication and discussion are the right path to find the best beneficial solution.

Any fun facts about yourself that you would like to share?
I used to participate in national swimming competitions between the age of 4 to 14. Not sure if it is a fun fact, but it’s definitely something that not a lot of people know about me!
What’s a typical weekend look like for you? Tell us about some of the hobbies you’re most passionate about?
Usually, we like to leave the city and go to the mountains or the sea for a weekend escape. I like reading books, taking photos and listening to jazz. Add some wine to those things and you’ve got my ideal weekend.
I’d say I’m most passionate about photography. It is such fascinating art, as you can capture people’s emotions and have it saved for eternity.

Food: Yellow cheese and olives. My husband makes jokes that it was the only food I had when I was a kid and that’s why I’m addicted to it
Movie: I am big fan of old mafia movies from the 80s and 90s, like Casino, Scarface, The Untouchables, and Goodfellas

Animal: Bears
Musical artist: Disturbed. I waited 15 years for them to come to Europe on tour and I was so happy when I saw they were finally going to perform in Bulgaria!
