Now in its fifth year, the eGR B2B Awards will once again be held in tandem with the Operator Marketing and Innovation Awards, which was introduced last year to recognise the “most creative and innovative egaming operator’s in the industry”.
In 2013 Income Access won two of the same B2B awards they have been shortlisted for this year, taking home Affiliate Software and Best Customer Service. Making the shortlist in three B2B categories reflects 12 months of innovation, developing technology and marketing solutions that continue to support the evolving needs and opportunities of the global gaming industry.
Recognition in the category for Acquisition and Retention Partner pre-empts an upcoming digital marketing agency launch by CEO Nicky Senyard this summer; the launch supports a growing company focus over 2013 to couple digital marketing strategy with data-driven analytics towards achieving gaming operators’ acquisition and retention goals.
