We’ve got a few pieces of exciting news to share about the newly-launched Michigan Lottery affiliate program. First, on January 19th, the Michigan Lottery launched a new and refreshed website. Several new creatives have also been added to the Michigan Lottery platform to complement the updated site.
Refreshed SiteThe new Michigan Lottery website has been redesigned in a responsive format. This design approach will benefit their entire player base, and especially address their constantly growing mobile traffic. Michigan Lottery has taken a very strategic approach by doing this, as approximately 70% of unique visits to their website come from smartphones and tablets.
Since Michigan Lottery is the first state lottery to move into the affiliate space, these improvements will help to keep them ahead of the curve and ensure they remain competitive in the iLottery market.
Along with redesigning the overall gaming site to make it more responsive, Michigan Lottery has also created new banners for their affiliates to accompany this change. Several new 300x250 creative assets have been added to the Michigan Lottery platform, ranging from draw-based games to general online play. These ads are set-up in the platform to direct players to Michigan Lottery’s best converting and newly-redesigned landing page. These great new ads can be found in the platform, under ad ID’s 212 to 216.
Moreover, the Michigan Lottery team is currently working on even more creative assets that will feature their top performing iLottery instant games. These ads should become available this month, and will be announced to affiliates of the program when they are posted.
