Today we will be introducing you to Todd Buckingham, CEO and founder of TopBetta. 15 years ago, Todd decided to become his own boss, he has successfully built a name for himself with numerous accomplishments. His ventures include: NSRT, a sports management company; 12follow, an information service to the racing industry; and most recently TopBetta.Marie-Eve Cabana: First off, I would like to thank you for taking some time to answer a couple questions for us! To begin, what made you decide to participate in ICE and LAC? And what are you most looking forward to at the conferences?Todd Buckingham: We decided to participate in the ICE and LAC conferences once we completed our product, TopBetta. We are now ready to release the product on a global scale, and what better way to reach industry experts and participants than attend the most talked about conferences in online gaming? I have been involved in the industry for a number of years now and I can’t believe how excited I am to be unveiling a brand new product to an industry that is one of the fastest growing industries in the worldM-E.C: What’s the main message you are looking to share with affiliates at ICE and LAC?T.B: TopBetta is here. Sports tournaments are here. Move over sports betting, online poker, casinos and bingo. There is a new kid in town.M-E.C: What are some of the things you are most proud of at TopBetta?T.B: We have worked on TopBetta for the last two years; we have built, licensed, tested, and now launched a product from a concept drawing back to January 2010. We have seen more than 20 technical architects, graphic designers, and project managers working on TopBetta over the last two years and there are pieces of blood, sweet, and tears from each.M-E.C: If you had to sum up your company in one word, what would it be?T.B: UniqueM-E.C: And as a last question, any advice to give to new affiliates?T.B: My advice to affiliates is the same as anyone in business and that is be consistent, be resilient, but most importantly be confident!
